Bentway, I made five time my mortgage value when I sold, boy. How about YOU? Really? You want to brag about a one-time gain that happened maybe 7-10 years ago? You sound like Al Bundy bragging about the four touchdowns he scored in one game at Polk High. The value of my house alone makes your house look like a lemonade stand. Obviously I'm not looking to make a five-bagger on my home, but I do want to settle down here in the Bay Area because this is where the big boys play. Big boys in high tech, big boys in real estate, big boys in venture capital, etc. That was more than enough of a reason to move here, despite how crazy expensive it is. Isn't that the reason why you fled the Bay Area, because you couldn't handle it? Tenchusatsu
