Durant who wrote the History of civilization is saying without order you can have no liberty or freedom. And if you have liberty and freedom without order it will devolve into anarchy. Look at all the history before the humans started organizing into Republics. There was no freedom or liberty!!! If we get rid of democracy, law and order, we will go back to being animals killing each other. Barbarians.
