It is our opinion (only) TMSR is engineering a takeover by (NYSE:CU).

Based on an intimate knowledge of CUs acquisition of Sierra (SIER) and TMSRs considerable pending alliances with SIER and various questionable corporate actions engineered by TMSRs Board conducive to said takeover, it is our opinion TMSR is paving the way for a CU takeover and is/has been shifting their accountability away from the shareholders, in general, towards, a CU takeover, which, also would protect incumbent management, despite obvious failures in re: implementing superior corporate growth/shareholder value maximization strategies.

We advise those interested to study the CU acquisition of SIER. SIER had BUYS, STRONG BUYS out from major Wall Street firms (Shearson, Piper Jaffray, et al) when SIER stock began to tank, whereupon CU came in with an acquisition offer at a price less than the original BUYS were initiated at within the preceding six months.

Current alliances are dominated by NYSE:CU div Sierra in re: ThrustMaster Flight System, NASCAR Pro/NROS/Papyrus, Drivers Education 98...

ThrustMaster Flight System...major island display(s) at CompUSA. $149.99, where "Installation is a snap with DirectConnect" and bundled with Sierra Pro Pilot (positioned directly against Microsoft's Flight Simulator 98). This is an excellent product and another great xmas present.

CU later.
