What about if they are insane? I suppose as long as they aren't waving a large knife about or an assault rifle in a threatening manner it's OK... but I have no doubt he does both while banging away on his keyboard... hopefully his neighbors keep an eye on him.

He doesn't live in KC does he? -gggg-
