Nonsense. 12 million haven't gained health insurance yet, and no more can possibly get it on their own since open enrollment is now closed.

We can have more people get on the government dole, but no more can get health insurance unless employers do it, and employers are going to be cutting insurance as it gets more expensive, not delivering more.
