Pugs, I had an interesting chat with Elizabeth Page (and this is the last time she and I expect to see here name here) today. Your inquiry was met with a form letter, which she read to me, which says that the NASD has no jurisdiction over Mork whatsoever or DVBC for that matter. She is very upset that you keep putting her name and number out here and wants you to stop immediately. Therefore, as you so strenuously insist, there is no NASD investigation of either Mork or DVBC. Your letter was simply forwarded to the SEC to determine whether or not they wanted to start an investigation on their own. There is no way the SEC will confirm any such investigation. I've checked. Once again Pugs, that makes you either an idiot or dishonest. Please tell us which.
