interesting, but I wouldn't count it out before the election.


Do we need a global RE crash in order to have another real bad recession? Seems to me we are in the later innings of this economic cycle perhaps the 7th inning while the 18 year RE cycle in the states could only be half way through yet most every global gateway city is at the peak of a very long cycle now lasting well over 20 years ..
