Hi,Bottom line at these prices the only thing to do is wait this thing out. Some times u do not get the real information from a company. What is the problem with the investors taking Xinex to court if every thing is all right? There must be a hole somewere? Unless it got personal ? Or were the investors given some smoke and mirrors in the past to invest?

regards mr ed

Nevertheless, for far-flung shareholders who cannot attend the court
sessions - and rather than rely on secondhand (vested interest)
translations from others - it would be rather nice if the Company
put out some official news regarding these proceedings.

And please don't say that this court case is unimportant; it would
seem to me that desperately-needed future funding hangs on the
disposition of this case.
