There is so much wrong with that statement I hardly know where to start.

Obamacare is NOT working out better than expected. It is still FAR, FAR worse than the original CBO projections. Today was a very minor adjustment -- ~300B over ten years -- 30B/year, is pocket change out of a multi-trillion dollar economic sector that is projected to be over budget by substantially more than the cut.

I would also point out that a couple months ago CBO cautioned that Obamacare subsidies are one of the four items that make our deficits "unsustainable" going forward. I see nothing here that would change that.

Finally, Medicare Part D was a success because ACTUAL results were far better than projected results. You are comparing projected results with projected results, neither of which is going to end up be accurate, and probably neither of which will be close.
