Today was a very minor adjustment -- ~300B over ten years -- 30B/year, is pocket change out of a multi-trillion dollar economic sector that is projected to be over budget by substantially more than the cut. I would also point out that a couple months ago CBO cautioned that Obamacare subsidies are one of the four items that make our deficits "unsustainable" going forward. I see nothing here that would change that. Finally, Medicare Part D was a success because ACTUAL results were far better than projected results. You are comparing projected results with projected results, neither of which is going to end up be accurate, and probably neither of which will be close.
