Personally, it's very annoying that almost everything you write ends in a question mark.

"None of that inherently places me in conflict with the ranchers in Nevada... or with the BLM's employees... both of whom will gladly tell you they are standing up for the Constitution... each against the other ? The agents appear more confused about that than the ranchers are, if thinking they can't possibly be on the wrong side of the issue because: "if the government says it, it must be right". The link I posted yesterday... of the interview with the BLM agent proves that. However... while both sides posture as being the defenders of the Constitution... they can't both be right about what the Constitution requires... can they ? The answer to that is... YES. The conflict that exists... is not being generated by the ranchers or by the agents on the ground ?"

Will point out the obvious...

The lives of the BLM personnel... were put at risk... because SOMEONE in the government WANTED a military confrontation to occur.

The lives of the BLM personnel... were put at risk... ONLY because SOMEONE in the government didn't want the issue being resolved in STATE courts (the proper venue)... or by filing a lien with Clark County ?

That issue appears it is one that VASTLY exceeds an issue of "bad judgement"...

I accuse the government of INTENDING to foment civil unrest... and doing so knowingly.

Whatever CRAZY SHIT the government whack jobs WERE thinking... it failed... and it must be exposed.

I advise all those involved who are in the government's employ... to keep DAMNED GOOD RECORDS of who directed what, where, when and why... and you sure as hell BETTER ask penetrating questions about the LEGALITY of your orders... before escalating a civil dispute into a military confrontation... while considering nothing more than "the government said it, so it must be true".
