Respond to of 124697 Below are three very long videos (averaging about an hour each) that lay to rest any question regarding whether Cliven Bundy had a right to break his agreement with the BLM. They show why the BLM should not even be managing the public lands of Nevada or any other state, because of the power parameters laid down by our own Founders. Few of us have the time to spend close to three hours watching a video on such a subject. A very good friend from Nevada sent the links to me, and I was up until two o’clock this morning watching them, at his request, but I don’t expect others to do the same. I simply ask you to save the links, should you have sufficient time and interest to do so at some future date. Just let me say that they show a speech given by Steven Pratt, a well-documented Constitutional scholar, to the Western States Sheriff’s Association back in 2012. He puts to rest any question regarding whether today’s ‘public lands’ were purchased with the required consent of the legislatures of the states. He concludes that the blatantly unconstitutional encroachments upon those lands occurred long before we all were born, and that, with the relatively recent increasing rise of the power of the left, unless we do something about it, there will be very serious consequences ahead. He does not advise us regarding how to solve this burgeoning ‘problem’ (vast understatement). He simply explains that it exists, and why. He leaves the solutions in our hands. youtube.com youtube.com youtube.com And here is a half-hour that explains why the Sheriff of Clark County is duty bound to keep the BLM and all Federal agents from arresting Cliven Bundy: youtube.com
