Angels, demons, messiahs, resurrection, day of judgement, end of times, eternal life awaiting the just and whole lot of goodwill of men towards men. There were marvelous codes of ethical behavior & very similar rituals, we can see the benevolence present in the mind of good King Cyrus which the Jews celebrate in their sacred texts. An idiot from bible heartland texas, will of course deny these, some others choose to see the real picture of evolution. (its marvelous in its scope btw) These some of the things lent in the known cultural exchange between the Persian & the Hebrew, strip these religious ideas/fantasies away you lose 1/2 of the entire picture thats painted of Judeo/Christian later. Augustine goes on & on about angels, you think he discovered this & other ideas all by his lonely self 1000yrs later?
