> What remains unclear to me is if there is further dilution in the stock when TSIS is selling shares to the public? Are the shares new shares or are they existing shares? They are treasury shares, so any sold this way effectively increase the float. I'm not sure how many shares are authorised. The company has never made a secret of this the way some have and the total numbers do not seem to be large. If I have my math right, total shares outstanding have increased by around 4MM since July. Which would you rather have, a 25% dilution or a company that goes under for lack of a few hundred grand? At least they are getting market price, which is unlikely if they were to do a private placement, for example. Mike
