Hi Sailor, I have four accounts, two with Ameritrade, one with Pacific, and one with Lombard. Today I made ten limit buy trades, at the ask, and got fills with Ameritrade in seconds. Later in the day I called and requesed a check. I got the service guy immediately. My check will get to me in 3 days. It always does! Alittle bit later I called back to request a transfer form. the new accounts dept was backed up. I had to wait 10 min. The forms gal finally got on the line and filled my request. The point is don't give up on Ameritrade yet! The New Accounts dept is slow, but not the other departments. Test them you'll see. PS I like sailboats also! Tmsail
