Richard,

Hope you don't mind me jumping in on this. I spoke with Carson yesterday and he had the following info.
--- Work on the platinum property is on hold for now. He is discussing the peculiar geology of the property with a geologist associate to figure a better way to determine the potential.
--The property in Utah remains the focus of his attetion. The co. continues to earn additional interest in the property for each $10,000 spent (1%) total over 30% so far. They have the makings of a mill on site and all that remains is to locate a proper size crusher and they will begin PRODUCING silver and gold from a large amount of stockpiled ore on site. This can happen w/in the next 60 days.
---As for financing not much is needed to get the Utah property going. He has been approached from a few money sources and is carefully evaluating their proposals.

The bottom line is the Utah property. In a few weeks or couple of months it can be producing cash flow on that property. I bought some more today.. At 10 cents a share U.S. and a market cap of half a million......it's worth a chance..

Hope this helps.

Richard, I am still positive, have PHO as a hold. The PGE results were dissapointing but the Utah silver property could be a real winner.

I am looking to see production from this, as this would give PHO the $$ to explore the potential without a lot dilution, which would be necessary in todays market

Silver will be the place to be in 1998, This is good if PHO starts producing and drilling, after the known silver producers get run up in price the exploration plays will move next.

In general I expect most mining stocks to firm up some in the new year
