Gene; it was a good idea, but never go by a receptionist's comments. Their job, more often then not, is to screen out calls. many of them are rude by nature and are rewarded for their shortness by their employers who notice a drop-off in crank calls. This is contrary to the way some of us do business. For instance, If I hear my receptionist utter the words "What is this in reference to?" I hit the ceiling. It's the last thing that a legitimate caller wants to hear, There are numerous ways to politely, quickly AND nicely get out of a cold sales call. UMSI's front desk needs some training. I HOPE you're reading this, Mr. Baker. Your company needs as much respect as it can muster. it starts with the point person at your front desk!

Gene,

That really is great work. We were fortunate enough to have someone in the area that could at least get a bird's eye view. Nice move on the temp thing.

And the enigma continues but one way or another, probably not for long.

Thanks again for the info.

Regards,

HG
