This will really be an important case IMHO. I think the SCOTUS will distinguish between "mis-statements" and "statements made with the deliberate INTENT to mislead". In other words, in the overall context of what was said could the hypothetical reasonable man think it was just plain error or deliberately deceptive. I think they will also address the question of whether campaigns need to have some kind of fact checking mechanisms in place. Can't wait to hear the outcome.
