RA: Uhm, , I said and, uh, we get about twenty to thirty million dollars worth of collateral.

RA: And a return on the four hundred thousand of about thirty five percent and that's in thirty days.
CHS: That's spectacular.
RA: And he said, he said, uhm, I'll give him a free diamond. CHS: Hmm mmm.
RA: I said yeah, that has a value to him, that adds to the thirty five percent so he's really gettin' like a fifty percent return.
CHS: Hmm mmm.
RA: I said, and but, the most important thing if I want it collateralized and I said now here's the kicker. I said, and in addition to that collateral we want one million shares of the company. That we'll split five hundred thousand, five hundred thousand, uhm, as additional collateral and as a retainer for us to work with you.
CHS: That sounds reasonable.

CHS: Yeah, that sounds spectacular.

RA: I wanna get that one and that's where the collateral's comin', collateral is the diamonds and twenty million dollars worth of the, uhm, the other stuff which is or is not worth twenty million dollars I can't tell you.

RA: Uhm, but more importantly we get the stock. And, we give them the cash flow that they need now 'cause once they fill the diamonds they make, you know, listen, if they're willing to give you a free one.

RA: And for you and it's somewhere between six and eight. CHS: Right.
RA: And if you really wanna smaller one you can have it, just take it, sell it, and go get a smaller one.
