What we have differences about is book value vs. market value. Yes you are right about A +L = O.E. The guys at FASB haven't changed that one.

What I am talking about is market value....since the restricted shares are not tradable (someone mentioned 2 years) the value of the company is temporarily increased to reflect the additional $10 mil cash and debt financing.

However, when the shares do become tradeable the market value of the company will go down "all other things being equal"
