Dwight, I know. I'm watching carefully. There's been a couple of
"ouch's" in the past week or two, but overall my cost basis is good (very good).

Compaq Holders OK Authorized-Share Boost For 2-For-1 Split

HOUSTON (Dow Jones)--Compaq Computer Corp. (CPQ) shareholders approved
an increase in authorized common shares, allowing the company to execute a 2-for-1
split appproved by the board in October.

In a press release Friday, the company said shareholders of record Dec. 31 will
receive the split Jan. 20. The stock will trade on a post-split basis Jan. 21.

Compaq stock closed yesterday at 56.

Also, I see Novl broke 8 today. I think it'll retest the 52wk low.

I'll buy again in the low 6's.
