It seems a leg in the assembly of the network has been completed. Only so much infrastructure can be absorbed in a period of time. But I believe another will get under way and that not only will the extent be expanded, but the shape transformed as well (R/D). The trick will be to buy the companies as the market begins to anticipate that next leg up.
