This is the perfect time to accumulate for long term. it's
down side risk is limited. I don't think it will go lower than
14-15. It might drift to there. it might not. At the same time
there is no need to catch the absolute bottom. People can not
take the down side risk should wait for the general market to
stablize to buy. A lot of people might forced to sell because
of margin problems. The sky will be much brighter after Dec.
The SOX just broke down again. It might go lower. The graphics
group and SRAM group are hitting historical new lows. The
semiconductor group is on an up cycle, but stock price
is having a huge correction. This is the time to accumulate.
But I don't think it hit bottom yet. But biggest reward will
be long term holders. The transition from 2D to 3D in graphics
is just ready to take off. The Asian problem created a good
opportunity for longer term investors.
