I agree with what Scalia was say above. However, individuals in mass must be willing to bear the price and over run the legal system and be willing to go to jail. How, many of our prisons could support a huge mass of population occupying our prisons. The judicial system is bases on a law abiding population, otherwise it breaks down. This can really be brought to the forefront if judges are elected rather than appointed, especially if it is at near the time of an election. Most individuals do not have the b__ls, nor the willingness to pay the price. Most personally have to narrow a comfort zone and unwilling to pay the price.
