while i remain undecided re the kiev-hubbed governing authority's basic nature, it is unquestioningly true that the authority enacted legislation to ban russian language spoken by sizable minority of the population in ukraine one could be forgiven to guess that had the ban been allowed to stand unchallenged, next would be russian books, etc etc, and eventually, all things deemed non-ukraine such would seem to be devolution, and if enacted globally by all national majorities, very bad news whatever else, let us first agree that whomever responsible for tee-ing up the jews of e. ukraine are the true evil and now let us wait for the revelation

Even if there is such far-right ultra-nationalist in Ukraine is no wonder as there are such small groups almost in any Western democracy, as are criminals and it is an unfortunate part of our society. The US still has elements of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ku_Klux_Klan which ethnic violence is well documented.
