I said humans, not sure you qualify...... We have laws that say we must stop at the scene of an accident to render aid if possible.......they have a law like that in Arkansas?... I equate providing healthcare to someone who needs to be in that vain....if someone collapses on the sidewalk in front of you, would you walk around him and not try to help????? Every society, no matter how primitive, provides help for people inn need of medical assistance.
