Am watching and briefing on that project. An American friend works in the project company and hired for handsome sums. The project is real. Unclear on financing.

The issue, and the point for watch and brief, is to determine how freely printed money gets tee-ed into infrastructure projects in and outside of china. There are several (actually more than several) such 'triangulation' projects to watch n brief.

Rail in Africa and Middle East.
Dam and power stations in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Britain.
Cities and farms.
Port and canals (Thailand and Nicaragua).
Solar power in America, and maybe more bridges, etc etc.

Doc Jim Walker and his fellow professionals would have us believe that china has over invested in infrastructure, and I suspect china is only just getting started.

Above it all, let us see how far china gets with its space base and moon program, etc etc.
