Good morning, or afternoon, whereever you are, from Franklin. It's beautiful in Southern California today--but we're in the middle of an impressive wind storm. Since someone with whom I work closely has a particular interest in windy conditions (i.e. Typhoons, Cyclones, Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Tempests, etc.)I'm halfway expecting the windy conditions to inspire him with some new Idea. [Actually, he's far too busy implementing our long-in-the-making Grand Plan, which is accelerating toward Reality.] The reason for this post may prove an inconvenience to some of you, and I'm very sorry for that, but unfortunately, it cannot be helped. We must reschedule the Shareholders Meeting from January 30th to February 27th. This is necessary because of some built in time-delays which must be observed in compliance of SEC regulations, of which I was unaware until our Transfer Agent sent paperwork in preparation for the meeting. February 27th falls on a Friday. We are compiling information about hotels, etc. which will be available shortly. We are also working with some local establishments to arrange some discounts. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will not prove disasterous to any of you. We look forward to meeting with as many shareholders as can make the trip to California. Best regards, Helen West
