What did you get ?

I locked day before yesterday. Jumbo 30 Fixed 80 LTV 7.125 w/ 2pts.
I may be able to get below 7.0 if the 10 year continues this rally.

I didn't need IOM for the downpayment, will use it in 98 for furniture !
