I Know, but I say do what we can as soon as we can. Free pre school would be a great start. Giving those little kids educational skills at an early age will help them in a zillion ways, like confidence and basic information e.g. hang your coat on a hook and get along with your class mates and knowing general knowledge like colors and the alphabet, before you get to kindergarten.

If a street kid gets 2.5 years or pre school it will allow him to compete with rich and academic kids when they reach kindergarten who all have pre school.

The rich and academics enroll their kids in the best pre schools the minute they are born. The know it is that important.
