Yes it is possible for CPQ's sub $1000 pc cost to be lower than $590. You can deduct $25 of the chip set cost
from my estimated total cost which is bundled in the motherboard .

By the way, WON may drop to 2000 won per dollar soon!!! So the DRAM may drop to
$2 for 16 MB soon!! Samsung is the largest manufacturer of DRAM !!!!The foundry price
from Korean FABs will drop significantly soon, which means further drop in the price of components !!!!!!!!!!!!! Regards,
