In the past, Medicare could simply rely on commercial insurers to subsidize it. That's over, because of Obamacare. Because commercial insurers are now subsidizing a larger number of Medicaids PLUS a larger number of Medicares and at this point it is just a bridge too far. We had a system that was very delicate and these fools have come in like a bull in a china shop and upset that balance. There is no getting it back at this point. I'm not sure how we get out of this mess, but it is obviously serious.
