"the US has an incoherent foreign policy......." I totally agree for at least the last 20 years.

President Obama won the Noble peace prize..... lords knows for what --- to prove it is a political driven process.

IMHO the US should have receive the prize not BO, but kept it to himself..

US foreign policy only seems incoherent to an outside observer as the US pursues its business interests around the world under the guise of being Security or Humanitarian operations with explanations that are often times nonsensical, conflicting, and/or hypocritical.
