There are several scenarios: 1) Shorts "went for the jugular" manipulating stock down, causing panic selling due to tax selling and "something must be wrong". 2) Bad news coming that we are unaware of, ie, banks calling in ZE's credit line due to Korean Crisis, Americast cancelling ZE deal and going with Scientific Atlanta, licensing revenues from VSB very small.... 3) Large institution selling "the dog" so it is not in the annual report. This stock would be an insignificant holding to them. 4)Lack of effective company PR and no following on Wall Street means no buyers out there. Many who know ZE won't buy because they have been burned before or they will wait till some really positive news comes out. 5)We are right, Wall Street are a bunch of idiots and in the next two months the stock doubles. In any event, we need PR help. We need NEW BUYERS. We depend on ZE for all information since there is no analyst coverage.
