Ed: Up today! Am glad I got my order in early this morning.

What would be the benefit of a reverse? I'm not aware
of any requirement for a company to maintain a certain
share price in order to remain on the OTC:BB.

As far as NASDAQs 1 dollar, 1 month rule, I understand
NASDAQ faces some sticky legal issues should they choose
to delist a company simply because of its share price.

What are your or anybodys thoughts?

I forgot to mention in my last posting that TSIS already had a reverse split almost two years ago, so thats one less thing for us to worry about.
