The latest annual report states "It is anticipated that the Company will supply Hanil Valence Co. with its proprietary laminates, from which Hanil Valence Co. will manufacture batteries for the Korean market. Additionally, Valence will supply the technology, initial equipment and product designs and technical support out of its Northern Ireland facility:" With the won being devalued, all these components are going to cost more making the final product more expensive to the Korean market (where the JV has stated that the product is intended for). This may indeed account for much of the slump, in addition to the management shakeup.

I believe that we've found the bottom at $4.50, and it's all up from here. Easily to $7 - $9 by January 31, $12 - $14 by end of 1st Qtr on OEM announcement.

All speculative, microcap stocks with small float (only 18M shares floated, even though there's 23M o/s, due to insider holding) get banged around in the time of most uncertainty. BUT, when VLNC announces deals, which we all know they will, eventually, (what else is Lev for?), this one's gonna fly, baby!

Happy Holidays. I'm out (not of VLNC, just chattin) for awhile.......
