Arguing that some group would disagree with someone, isn't an argument about whether that person is wrong or not. Also being conservative or Republican isn't being subservient. In the context of accepting and supporting actual subservience, like what occurred under slavery the term "uncle tom" might have some utility. Using the term because the belief that people of a certain racial group shouldn't have certain political opinions smacks of racism, even if those using the term and their target are the same race.
