OMG. What BS. I figure it's much more likely he took another state's plan, changed the state references to Alaska in pencil and handed it to a secretary to type for him. They paid me well and I worked 12 hours a day for 6 weeks straight and wrote a 1400 page plan with lots of charts and other stuff. Right, that's what he said when he submitted his bill. The more charts and "stuff" the thicker and more impressive the package. Push bullshit at 'em, they're bureaucrats, they won't read it.
