al-len, Nobody doubts that there is a big market for bottled water. There is also a huge market for clothing but OVIS didn't seem to be able to sell any. The question is who is going to be successful capturing the water market? There are already huge players in the business (not RMIL) and given Roland's and his partner's background and accomplisments (or lack thereof) what makes anyone think they will be successfull in the water business?
