Glad you appreciate it.....gg I did get a chuckle out of it, but I continue to have concerns that you may consider it apt wrt to our discussion. Of course, once the kid has been eaten, differentiating between alligator and crocodile is pointless. But understanding fundamental financial concepts like the nature of insurance or the difference between interest rate and yield, for example, can make a difference in one's retirement years, the difference between pinching pennies and ignoring price tags. Maybe some of those folks you brought up who don't save for retirement could be doing so if they weren't overpaying insurance companies via low-deductible coverage.
