Who was smarter in the entire world at the time, than Franklin and Jefferson, Adams and others. Please, those men, Jefferson in particular, were brilliant, but there were hundreds and more likely thousands more around the world..... Today we have foreign policy by Louie Gohmert, Michelle Bachman, Sarah Palin and Lindsey Graham :>). Big grin indeed.......lol
