George, I think your post is valuable for all of us to get an end-user feel of the products. Successful products should be designed with the customer in mind and they can only be successful if the customer is happy and continue to return for purchases. I think new management is truly customer-driven unlike the management of the past. Hence, Adaptive Networking, promising 'plug-n-play', 'ease-of-use', 'worry-free' ... I'll be interested in seeing how customers perception with Bay's products change over time now that there's new management. Keep posting as your post is valuable to at least one guy on the thread here :)- ptv
