I heard on CNBC that one of the Korean ADRs is still trading at over a 100% premium to local shares. That sure doesn't seem like a panic to me. Perhaps this is some kind of corollary to MDB's observation that CEFs go to premiums during crashes. Comments, anyone?

Gretchen is a long time pal of mine. (Only a pal....sigh......she's a class act in every way). For whatever reason, she thinks our research has merit and honors this scribe through its useage from time to time. I was delighted with the article for obvious reasons.
