Wth respect to real estate...the IRS has a 120 day right of redemption...even if the first mortgage holder sells it....with respect to cattle they would file their lien in the place one would normally prefect a,lien for catrtle under the Nevada UCC. Either way, they will get paid if the buyer wants clear title.

There was no excuse for sending armed people to do this.....

I think they chose seizing the cattle to reinforce that Bundy is and has been grazing them, illegally, on government land for 20 years!

So, do you support Bundy here? It's a law it's ok to break? Perhaps they'll do as you suggest moving forward, after another 5 years in court on our dime..
