Without question. That's the only reason to do something north of a 4:1. The talk I heard was that they need to consider at least a 6:1 for this to occur.

Probably they may eject CSCO and replace it with AAPL. Good to see AAPL continuing to disrupt the Nasdaq formula after it's weightage was reduced.
