I've got a strong hunch that the 7/1 split will keep pressure on the stock to see it at $100 post split, which if anyone's not doing the math, is $700 pre-split. It will simply be multiple expansion in anticipation of a promising second calendar half, but driven in part by the desire to participate. There's room in the valuation, and there's time enough to get there in the market's typical sawtooth fashion.

Even though I know that a split doesn't change valuation, I'm looking forward to owning 595 shares of AAPL again. It's been a long time.
