Jan I have basically stopped reading this thread routinely because of all the histrionics, backbiting, BS, poor investment knowledge, fear, greed and lies that were being told on a daily basis. Your response is probably the most intelligent one that I have seen in the past 6 months. Thank you. For those who wonder, yes I am an SIII stockholder. Yes, I have done some tax selling, and yes, I still hold quite a bit of SIII at an average of $10+. And a final yes, I will double my position when I feel that we are as close to the bottom (about $5) as a mere mortal can tell, while realizing that this is a very risky position to take. This is especially true for the short term. Regards Jerry

Jan, I am not short the stock or do I have any other agenda regarding what happens with the stock price. I am disapointed with what is happening to what use to be a fine company. The top brass dropped the ball and the shareholders suffered while the management made millions in options. Your statements about the amount of cash are not correct. I am sure this quarter S3 is burning cash, how much, who knows? The Fab: With all that is happening in the Asian markets I doubt that the fab has retained all the value it once had. I would think that the IPO the fab was planning will be put on hold until this crisis is the Asian market subsides. Stockroach .
