CH.K.:
1. Personally I don't think that VSE would make an effort to release any news on the short position. Frankly I don't suspect that they
even have a slightest idea what the exact numbers are.
2. Press will say positive things about Sungold sooner or later.
At this point though, it is a lot to ask for from the media, considering that any coverage of Sungold lacks facts and crucial details that are available and have been included in every news release of the company and are easily accessible on the company's web site or by contacting I.R.
3. Michigan Casino was mentioned in Vancouver Sun in John Lawrence's letter to editor if I recall it correctly. Isn't it funny how not one reporter made an effort to give it the light of day and inform readers about this well advanced development.

Hi everybody,

At the URL listed below, check out the sobering article on short-selling. I think it describes exactly what Donald Harris said was happening to SGGNF when it traded on Vancouver...i.e. the manipulation of share price, false short reporting numbers, and negative (and completely misleading) news articles. The tactics of the shorts are SCARY. Even though our trading date is hopefully near, we MUST ALL KEEP OUR GUARD UP! For every positive release from the company we're going to get mountains of lies/half-truths/disinformation from the shorts. They are desperate, and will do ANYTHING to save their shirts. The article below makes that very clear.

P.S. For those in a hurry, scroll down the page and start with the section entitled: "SCENARIO 1 - IF XYZ CORP. TRIES TO GET UP, HIT HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN".
