I'll bet the same thing I see here is happening all across the country. A good sized check of new listings are flippers selling stuff they bought in the last 3 years.


It really depends which market you are talking about. It is strange watching it all play out as some are so overvalued and few are underwater also makes no sense to own based on yield or affordability so they should be flipping. Others are dirt cheap where the millions are underwater makes no sense to flip but great sense to hold as rentals are very affordable.
