The real danger with the fools is that they give investors the feeling that it is easy (and fun) to pick stocks. The average investor is better off following an asset allocation model and investing in low-cost mutual funds. Which is what Brinker emphasizes. And I think he's right.

Talking about fools, how about the other idiot who conducts the PBS TV program -- "Wall $treet Week"? In the following book, Chapter 22 has a wonderful description about that program :
