It prolly should read "Raygun replaced a fiscal conservative" "Jimmy Carter's last budget was about $34 or $36 billion in debt. Well, it turns out, Reagan's first budget turned out to be $110 billion dollars in debt." Paul likes to forget Clinton, who not only created more jobs than Raygun (plus both Bushes, combined), but was a fiscal entrepreneur, turning a profit for a few years in a row. This is usually about the point where somebody tells me presidents don't create jobs.
